I’m a father, husband and wedding photographer. Beard grower and real ale drinker.
I was born in Lincoln where I also grew up, and now live with my amazing little family. My beautiful and supportive wife Katie. My first born son and heir to the throne Noah, and last but not least is my gorgeous but very stubborn and outspoken daughter Darcie.
I have a love for skateboarding, (I’m a big kid really) I also like to try and play the guitar. Mainly learning riffs from bands like Metallica, Bloc Party, Dire Straits, and the list goes on.
Family is a big thing to me, and weddings are as much about families as they are about the bride and groom.
I’ve always had an interest in photography. As a kid growing up I was always intrigued with my dad’s dark room. Later on in life I’ve sort of stumbled into doing it as a career. I was gifted my first DSLR one Christmas with the intention of taking pictures of my new born son. Then came a Facebook page, and the rest is history really.
I absolutely love photographing weddings. I get such an overwhelming sense of joy when I’m there, and I get to re-live it over and over again. I also like experiencing the differences between weddings. Finding those little quirky and individual touches that couples bring to every wedding is awesome.
My purpose as a wedding photographer is to capture visually stunning images, while maintaining a journalistic approach. Capturing creative, modern and romantic images is my ultimate goal. If you would like to learn more about my approach to your wedding. Then you can read more here.
